Even though they’ve just returned from Los Angeles, Katie Price and husband Peter Andre have jetted off for a romantic holiday together in the Maldives to help smooth out their relationship.

Before leaving, Katie told OK magazine that they’re leaving their two older children – sons Harvey and Junior – with their nanny in the UK but are taking 16 month old daughter Princess with them.

She explained: “I can’t wait – we’ll be in the middle of nowhere and it’s just me, Pete and Princess for a whole week.

“All we are going to do is have spa treatments, relax, have sex, eat and sleep.”

A source close to the family told Star magazine that the couple hope the break will fix their marriage woes and bring them closer together again: “They have decided to take a step back from everything and focus all their time and energy on rekindling and strengthening their feelings.

“They both still love each other and are committed to putting a stop to the arguments they’ve been having recently.

“They both agreed that the way forward was to go on holiday as soon as they got back to the UK to get away from work and the constant rumours.”

The couple have repeatedly denied rumours that they’re about to separate but admit that earlier this year Katie did walk out for a few days after an argument.

Katie Price has been named Britain’s Best-Loved Celebrity Mum.

30-year-old Price, who lives in Woldingham, claimed the title in a poll of 3,000 mums.

She outranked  Myleene Klass and Victoria Beckham, as well as actresses Angelina Jolie and Gwyneth Paltrow.

Kathryn Crawford, said: “One of the key factors which makes Katie so well respected amongst mums is the fact that her family isn’t ‘perfect’.

“She copes admirably with her disabled son Junior and gives hope to many other families who have to cope with illness or disabilities.

“And whilst she is a savvy business woman, she rarely travels without her children and has the support of a good family network.”

The study also revealed 55 per cent of mums said they admired celebrities who didn’t rely on nannies to bring up their children.

Glamour model, Katie Price is said to be trying to gain weight in an effort to please her husband, Peter Andre.

“Katie’s been taking Peter’s good nature for granted. She just can’t keep embarrassing him by falling out of clubs, risking her life having unnecessary plastic surgery and remaining worryingly thin,” a source told Now.

“She’s now going to go easy on the partying and has already started tucking into carbs.

“She’s obviously still quite thin, but Pete loves her new figure… She’s now eating heartier meals like chips and roast dinners.”

Katie Price was thrilled with her daughter Princess as she paves the road to success. The Princess has a deal of her own to model party dresses for magazines, Prima Baby and Pregnancy.

“I think most parents would probably like to get their kids into modelling.”

Jordan has announced her intention to have three more babies with husband Peter Andre.

“Ideally I want to have another three kids biologically and then adopt. If something happened and there was a child who needed a home before that, then I’d do it.

“All I know is that I haven’t finished yet when it comes to having kids. Hopefully I will get pregnant next year as we are going to start trying.

Peter Andre has denied that his marriage of three years to Katie Price is in trouble.

The Australian flew into LA alone, amid rumors he was splitting from the glamor girl.

But just hours after Katie was photographed minus her wedding ring, Andre shrugged off persistent claims that their relationship is on the brink of collapse.

“It’s just that, a rumour. It’s just a rumour.’ he said.  ‘It’s load of b*******.’

Andre, is currently in Los Angeles with his brother working on relaunch for his music career.

He said: ‘I trust her when she’s sober, but I don’t trust her when she’s drinking.

‘It makes our relationship vulnerable. From the moment she starts drinking I lose her and I won’t get her back until the next morning.’

A friend told the Daily Star: ‘She and Peter seem to be heading in totally different directions.

‘He is not happy that Kate appears to be turning back into party girl Jordan.’

In defence of her nights out, she said: ‘I don’t care what people say – I’m guilty of having a drink. Big deal.’

The couple have persistently denied rumors that their relationship is on the brink of collapse, with Peter speaking in positive terms about their marriage during an appearance on Loose Women last week.
