Katie Price and Peter Andre’s marriage mending romantic holiday to the Maldives reportedly had another purpose too: it meant they had an excuse not to go to Melanie Brown’s wedding vow renewal ceremony in Egypt.
Peter dated former Spice Girl Mel for a short while in the late 1990s and a source close to the couple told the Daily Mail: “Jordan gets insanely jealous about Peter’s exes so she hit the roof when the 20-page wedding invitation arrived in the post.
“She can’t stand Mel and it was clear that was just a p*ss take, and not a genuine invite.
“She’s spitting feathers and says if she sees Mel out and about she’s going to scratch her eyes out.”
