Apparently Katie Price and lovely lover Peter Andre were late for the gym and had to do their daily workout in the car. At least that’s one of several possible excuses for the duo getting caught having sex in the back of their car.

Given her career, it’s not really any surprise to all the grown-ups in-the-know, but they’re going to have to come up with some awfully clever spin to dish to their younger adoring fans.

So far,  the demurely blushing Katie Price had this to say:

“We’d just parked up when I thought it’d be fun to climb into the back of our car for a bit. We have blacked-out windows so as far as I was concerned no one could see what we were up to.”

Hopefully the two haven’t been too traumatized by their ordeal so as to prevent them from engaging in any other acts of public sex. After all, there are so many more exciting and exotic locations to express one’s love. Oh, say like restaurant tables and the confession booth.

Shoppers at Lakeside surprised by Model Katie Price and husband Peter Andre

While parked in their Land Rover Discovery at Lakeside shopping centre car park, Jordan and Peter Andre were spotted by fellow shoppers. But this was no ordinary celebrity sighting.

The appropriately blushing Jordan and Peter Andre had been caught enjoying a sultry lovemaking session in the back of their car. Well, as sultry as the back of a car allows.

Jordan, aka Katie Price told the Daily Star Sunday,

‘We’d just parked up when I thought it’d be fun to climb into the back of our car for a bit. We have blacked-out windows so as far as I was concerned no one could see what we were up to. People were constantly walking past but we ignored them. It was only when we got out that Pete realised they could see in [through the clear front screen]. We were both a bit embarrassed about it.’

Thirty-year-old Jordan and Peter, 35, are planning to renew their wedding vows in September. Just to make sure they’re not living in sin.

Katie Price was recently denied access to the most prestigious sporting event on the calendar. The reason? She’s “too chavvy”.

Although currently a glamour model, ever since she learned to play polo several years ago, Katie Price (aka Jordan) has had an increasing interest in the sport. And this year  she’s been riding even more. But she was still refused entrance to the Cartier International Polo contest in Windsor, which will be attended by Prince Charles.

According to a  Daily Mail source, Katie first attempted to get into to the VIP marquee, but was told the event was invitation only and there were no places available. Not to be dissuaded, she gave an agent instructions to buy a table for ten in another hospitality tent, run by London club China White, at a price of £6,000. Yet, last week she was told that she wasn’t welcome there either.

As her agent explains it:

“It’s true, Cartier didn’t want Katie there. We cannot understand it because Katie has worked with Cartier before.She’s been in the presence of Royalty before; she’s met the Queen and appeared at the Royal Variety Performance. It’s a big shock and Katie is incredibly upset.

It wasn’t about her wanting to mingle with the rich and famous, it’s because she’s a fan of the sport.We can only assume that someone has got it in for Katie. She thinks it’s really sad. She’s worked hard to transform her image.”

The Daily Mail source also had this to add:

“Jordan has been told she is not welcome. The polo is very prestigious and there are certain names they want there and others they definitely don’t. She might have reinvented herself but Jordan is still too chavvy as far as Cartier is concerned.

If she turns up she will not be allowed access to the tent. Tickets can’t be bought. You have to be an invited friend of Cartier [and] having Jordan there just wouldn’t be in keeping with Cartier’s image.”

“It was a big surprise to us and we didn’t expect quite that number of people. It was absolutely amazing. We had people here waiting when we opened the centre at 7am. She got here slightly late but she stayed until about 6.30pm, which was way over what she was supposed to do. We were extremely pleased and it was an excellent day. It was a good thing for Wigan too – she didn’t go to Manchester or Liverpool but she came here. She was a very nice lady too – not at all like a prima donna. She was really interested in talking to people and seemed like she would have liked more time.”

“I think it’s fair to say Katie Price fever definitely hit Wigan on Thursday. She saw about 650 of her fans. It was probably one of the biggest things to hit Wigan in recent times. It was an incredible success. Katie and her management were all very happy with how it went.”
